KBH Training Academy – Terms, Conditions & Policies (B2B Sales Only)

All purchases made through this site are considered business-to-business transactions. Goods sold are not subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted at the discretion of the seller and in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product purchased is suitable for the intended use within their business. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

1. Course Cancellation Policy (B2B Sales)

All course sales are final once materials (physical or digital) have been accessed. As this is a business-to-business transaction, statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Cancellations may be accepted at our discretion only if course access has not occurred. Return of physical materials must be in unused, resalable condition and at the buyer’s expense. If accepted, a 30% administration fee may be deducted.

2. Confidentiality Policy

KBH Training Academy upholds strict confidentiality standards to protect all personal and business information. We do not share confidential data without written consent unless legally required. All data is protected under our Privacy Policy.

3. Variation Clause

KBH Training Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time in line with business needs and legal compliance. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

4. User Rights of Access

Access to KBH Training Academy's website and materials is temporary and non-exclusive. We may change, suspend, or withdraw site content without prior notice. Any copying or reuse of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, KBH Training Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to profit loss or business disruption. We do not exclude liability for death or injury caused by proven negligence or fraud.

6. Computer Misuse & Cybersecurity

Unauthorised access, introduction of malware, or misuse of our digital systems is prohibited and will result in legal action and termination of access.

7. Complaint Policy

Initial concerns should be raised with your assigned tutor. Formal complaints must be submitted via email to the Course Director at kbhtraining@outlook.com. We aim to resolve issues efficiently and fairly.

8. Online Course Completion Policy

Courses must be completed within 12 weeks from the date of purchase. No extensions or refunds will be granted after the expiration period. Resubmissions require video identification and may incur additional review charges.

9. Pandemic Policy

Courses must be completed within 3 months. No free extensions or refunds apply. Paid extensions must be purchased before expiry.

10. Device Support Policy (Head Spa Machines & Devices)

No warranty is offered for any machines or devices. All equipment is sold as-is for business use only. If you experience any issues with your equipment, please contact us directly at kbhtraining@outlook.com so we can assist where possible.

11. Electrical & Safety Disclaimer

Head Spa Equipment By purchasing Head Spa equipment from KBH Training Academy, the buyer acknowledges full responsibility for safe installation and operation. The following electrical and safety guidelines must be adhered to:

Power Requirements & Usage:

This unit operates at 3000W (3kW), 230V, and requires a 13A socket.
Users must ensure their electrical system meets these requirements prior to use.
Improper installation, overloading, or use outside of these recommendations may result in malfunction, overheating, or electrical risk.

Recommended Setup:

For occasional home use: use a heavy-duty, metal-clad 13A socket only.
For frequent or commercial use: a dedicated 16A or 20A circuit installed by a qualified electrician is required.
Hardwiring into a fused spur or breaker is recommended in professional environments.

Safety Warnings:

Do not use standard extension leads—this may cause overheating and fire risk.
Monitor sockets for excessive heat; if heating or burning smells are noticed, stop use immediately and consult an electrician.
Ensure proper electrical compliance in your premises before operating this equipment.

Liability Disclaimer:

KBH Training Academy shall not be liable for damages, loss, or injury resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety instructions or electrical overloads.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring appropriate and compliant installation.

2. Return & Refund Policy

B2B Only All sales are final. KBH Training Academy does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on physical goods, training courses, or digital products for business-to-business transactions. Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of the company in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect reported within 3 working days.

13. Head Spa Equipment Terms

Once used, assembled, or installed, Head Spa equipment cannot be returned. Any signs of use, including for content creation or demo purposes, render items non-returnable. Buyers are responsible for installation and professional operation. KBH is not liable for injury or damage caused by improper use.

14. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Any resolution, including potential replacement or remedy, is offered solely at the discretion of KBH Training Academy. Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

15. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback or dispute. Evidence such as order history, product listings, and policy agreements will be submitted to relevant financial institutions.
