Your first step will be to study the online training materials and complete the theoretical portion of the course. This foundation is essential before attending the practical session. Once you're ready, you'll join us at our venue in Leyton E10 6RA, where you will spend 2-4 hours immersing yourself in the art and technique of the Japanese head spa.
